My water heater/califont is not working

Make sure there is sufficient gas in your cylinders and that the gas is turned on. Ascertain whether there is an electrical problem; you can do this if there is an electrical socket next to your water heater.  Plug in a hairdryer for example, if the hairdryer does not work then you need to call an electrician. If the hairdryer does work see below.

Is there water leaking/dripping from your water heater?

My in built/ freestanding fire is not working

eg. the fire will not light, the fire is hard to light, the fire lights with a booming noise, the pilot will not stay on, the fan is noisy, there is a smell of gas

Make sure there is sufficient gas in your cylinders and that the gas is turned on.  Make sure the power switch is turned on.  Your fire requires regular maintenance, fires should be serviced annually.  This is very necessary in dusty conditions or if you have a dog for example which leads to a build up of lint.  Ring your authorized Service agent, iGas Ltd on 03 3350681 to arrange an appointment.

My hob is not working eg. constantly sparking, not igniting
